CREW LICENSES
All personnel working on board of a vessel registered with the Panamanian Flag is required to have either a Full Term Panama Certificate of Competency (CoC) or a Certificate of Endorsement (known as CoE, CRA, CDC) for a CoC issued by another Flag-State, and a Panamanian Seaman Discharge Book. This requirement is for both officers and ratings.
With AMCSC's services, you can obtain the CT (Temporary Certification) within 1 working day and Permanent within 1 month.

For simplified procedures, we just need the scan copy of docs and clients just need to submit by email only.
